Two leading Swiss actors from stage and screen, Stefan Kurt and Friederike Wagner, bring Kurt Hirschfeld’s biography and work to life with a reading of select letters from Kurt Hirschfeld’s complete correspondence, which is preserved in the Archives of Leo Baeck Institute, New York. Texts selected by: Dagi Knellessen / Christoph Leimbacher. With opening remarks by Corine Mauch (Mayor of Zürich), Raphael Gross (Director, Leo Baeck Institute London and Jüdisches Museum Frankfurt), und Bernard Blum (Trustee of the Leo Baeck Institute London and nephew of Kurt Hirschfeld).
